TAG '23 PRESS STATEMENT ON NIGERIA AT 62 INDEPENDENCE CELEBRATION

As we keep hoisting the flag high of Independence as a nation, the TAG '23 group advises the need to break Nigeria out of the stranglehold of imperialist governments. This was made through an extensive press statement signed by the National Coordinator of the group, Com. Davis Olasuyi. The press statement reads, "TAG '23 believes that good governance means being with the people, knowing their pains, and solving their problems. That is how to govern the people and that is why we stand on Tinubu's mandate for the delivery of good governance to the people. The experience of the ordinary people since May 29,1999 when politicians took the reign of power from the military has shown that nothing fundamental has changed.  The government has continued to be in the interest of politicians as opposed to being for the people. TAG'23 INDEPENDENCE DAY BANNER The Tinubu Advocacy group joins other well meaning Nigerians across the country and diaspora on the occasion of the 62nd Independence celebrations. This was made known in a press statement released and signed by the National Secretary of the group, Com. Oluwasanmi Adebowale on Saturday, October 1st, 2022. The press statement reads, "  INDEPENDENCE DAY PRESS STATEMENT BY TAG’23 ON THE OCCASION OF NIGERIA’S SIXTY-SECOND INDEPENDENCE ANNIVERSARY, SATURDAY 1ST OCTOBER, 2021. As Nigeria completes another glorious year of her Independence, we join other well-meaning Nigerians to hoist the green flag high as a sign of pride to be part of this glorious nation. From Struggle to Freedom to Progress, Nigeria keeps moving forward! Our freedom cannot be attained without the years of struggle and sacrifice of many thousands. TAG'23 APPOINTS ZONAL COORDINATORS ACROSS SIX 6 GEOPOLITICAL ZONES.

  The Tinubu Advocacy Group 2023 (TAG'23) has appointed young progressive-minded politicians  who crave good governance that will bring about sustainable and better democratic development to the Nigerian people at large as Zonal Coordinators in their respective Zones. The appointed persons are; Hon. Bassey John, Com. Abubakar Shafiu, Mallam Salisu Shaibu, Com. Emeka Eze, Mr Idawor E. Bello and Com. Lasisi Afeez A., representing the North Central, North East, North West, South East, South-South, and South West respectively as Zonal Coordinators. This was contained in an appointment letter signed by the group’s National Secretary, Com. Oluwasanmi Adebowale. The letter read in parts, “ The National Executive of TINUBU ADVOCACY GROUP - TAG'23 has approved your appointment as Zonal Coordinator with immediate effect. TAG'23 lauds Akeredolu on appointment as zonal cordinator

 A support group under the guise of Tinubu Advocacy Group 2023, TAG'23 has lauded the appointment of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state on his appointment as the SouthWest Zonal Coordinator of the TINUBU/SHETTIMA Presidential Election. In a statement signed by the National Secretary of the support group, Comrade Sanmi Adebowale the group sees the appointment as an erection of a great and needed pillar in the 2023 electioneering process kickstarting on September 26, 2022.
