EKITI 2027: Prince Olatunde Hails Tinubu, Oyebanji Over APC Primary Victories… Assures President Of Massive Votes From Ekiti

A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Prince Abiodun Oyetola Olatunde, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji following their successful emergence at the just concluded APC primaries ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

Prince Olatunde described the victories of both leaders as a reflection of the confidence reposed in them by party stakeholders and Nigerians who continue to identify with their style of leadership and commitment to development.

Speaking shortly after the primaries, Prince Olatunde stated that President Tinubu’s emergence further confirms the growing acceptance of the Renewed Hope Agenda and the administration’s efforts towards repositioning Nigeria for sustainable economic growth, infrastructural advancement, improved security, and national stability.

He also congratulated Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on his reendorsement by the APC in Ekiti State, describing the Governor’s emergence as a reward for purposeful leadership, inclusiveness, and impactful governance across the state.

According to him, Governor Oyebanji has continued to enjoy massive support from Ekiti people owing to his achievements in workers’ welfare, road construction, healthcare delivery, youth empowerment, rural development, and educational advancement.

Prince Olatunde further commended the Senate Leader and Senator representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, CON, for his unwavering support towards the reelection bids of both President Tinubu and Governor Oyebanji.

He noted that Senator Bamidele’s assurance of delivering over 500,000 votes from Ekiti Central Senatorial District for Governor Oyebanji demonstrates the level of confidence and trust the Governor commands among the people.

Prince Olatunde, however, declared that the people of Ekiti State are prepared to deliver even more votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 Presidential Election, stressing that the APC remains the preferred party of the people both in Ekiti State and across the country.

He expressed confidence that both President Tinubu and Governor Oyebanji would record overwhelming victories at the general elections, adding that the people are determined to sustain continuity, stability, and progressive governance under the APC.

He therefore urged party faithful, supporters, and residents of Ekiti State to remain united and committed towards ensuring another successful outing for the APC in 2027.

“Ekiti people have seen the results of progressive leadership and are ready to stand firmly behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for greater achievements ahead,” Prince Olatunde stated.

Former President Aremu Olusegun Obasanjo has said he wished to live for 20 more years after which God could call him home.  Obasanjo, 83 years, spoke in Abeokuta, Ogun State, at the first year coronation anniversary of the Agura of Gbagura, Oba Sabur Bakare, Jamolu II.
