In the bid to ensure an all inclusive growth and development in the Oodua region, like minded Yoruba youths in unity, embraces a platform for progressives in the best interest of the region. Here, they see to giving a meaningful direction towards actualizing this specific goal. Odó Oodua out of the readiness of mind, body and soul welcomes everyone irrespective of tribes or lineage. The association will initiate blue prints of ensuring positive changes in terms of security, economical, political and welfare systems of the region. The need to achieve greatness in terms of human development is also not out of place whereby the agro-economical power of the region will be revitalized to steady production activities as this will yield profit in returns to the market which will boost the economy. Odó Oodua is with a vision to encourage our learned and respected sons and daughters of the need to input into practice all theoretical analysis so as to boost our technological know how. Enough of judging Yoruba youths with pen and papers, cause majority are best in their fields home and abroad so we do not need to underutilize their intellectual strength. This platform out of natural respect also confer awards on worthy Men of great calibre in our regional society. This helps to acknowledge and appreciate their various achievements that had overtime contributed to the development of the region. It is imperative that regional elites in oneness of "Òdó Oodua", who believes in the norms and ethics of the traditional Yoruba culture, religion and polity, join hands in achieving this expected developmental progress.
